ManUp ReCap

What a weekend we had at the ManUp Conference. Non stop action. It didn’t matter if we were at the vendor booth, in the break outs, or just chatting it up. It was 100mph, from the moment we left Orlando Friday morning at 6:00am (Ok we drove like 75mph) but the rest of weekend was well over a 100mph.

As awesome as the concerts were and let me tell you, we were getting down for the Lord. So much so, that ceiling tiles were falling and the floor was bouncing like a trampoline. However, my favorite part is always connecting with people. The Body of Christ is so diverse and the way God works in everyones life, blows me away. It is incredible to think that we serve a God that cares and loves each one of us that much… UNCONDITIONALLY!!!

Some highlights for me were connecting with Rise Up and Go fans that I have never met before except through emails, social media or just seeing their name come through on orders. One fan comes to mind. He goes by #Namliss as part of the UnKnown. I suggest you check them out… But how I first met this dude was through an order he had placed, when he asked me if I could ship some shirts to Afghanistan where he was deployed. To unknowingly run into him at the conference was awesome. Those are the types of things that move me.

We then connected with Adam Dalton at the Crossway Books booth. Dude was super cool, we hung out, traded stories and marveled at the 116 artists abilities to mix theology, beats and rhymes. Then he hooked us up with a couple #ESV Study Bibles. AWESOME!!! Sunday morning, on our way out of town we stopped into Blueprint Church and worshiped there. Pastor Dhati, spoke a great word about how we try really hard to make things grow, when in reality it is God who makes things grow, we can just plant and water. He also said “If God has called you to be farmer don’t stoop so low to be a King” That was profound, a quote I will keep for a long time.

Finally, I want to thank Kingdom Promotions and Reach Record for throwing an awesome event. From the Conference to the Concert and everything in between was top notch!! PRAISE GOD!!!

Stay Strong and Be Blessed.
